Salad days

I'm loving these babies at the moment. It all started with the delivery of some in our weekly organic veg box and I was immediately drawn to their vibrant colours and the pretty patterns you get when you thinly slice the root. Since then we have been gradually harvesting our little crop in the garden and adding them to salads to prettify and give some crunch. They are super easy to grow, I just need to make some room to grow some more else we are going to run out someday soon...
