The long weekend was very much welcomed and I spent most of it stuffing my face with delicious food, from Nic's fantastic cupcakes washed down with a jug of Pimm's to mum's slow cooked gammon chased down with seconds of this fabulous Jamie Oliver dessert tray-baked meringue with pears, cream, toasted hazelnuts and chocolate sauce. Yes it was as good as it looks....
